Geoffrey provides compliance and consulting services in the areas of federal, state and local taxes for a diverse range of clients, such as fixed base airfield operators or dental practices. Geoffrey also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and various states regarding income, franchise and sales and use tax audits.

Geoffrey has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of tax, accounting and management advisory services for individual, partnership, and corporate tax clients in the public accounting arena. He also has five years of experience in private industry and understands the day-to-day needs and challenges of running a business. This focus allows Geoffrey to deliver real business acumen in dealing with the complexities of his clients in a changing marketplace.

Geoffrey also participates in developing solutions to complex business problems concerning the area of insolvency. Geoffrey has worked with both troubled entities and insolvency counsel to comply with stringent bankruptcy reporting guidelines and implement key accounting or reporting procedures. Whether within formal Chapter 11 or Chapter 7 filings or informal negotiations with creditors on behalf of debtors, Geoffrey is at ease in the often-contentious environment of insolvency.

When not at his desk, Geoffrey enjoys playing golf, traveling with his wife and taking his son on an annual trip to watch Alabama football. Their goal is to watch Alabama play a game in every SEC stadium.
